            不干膠材料被廣泛運用于印刷行業,使用方法也日益成熟,不干膠材料質量也在不段的提高,當然也少不了一些劣質的假冒品,那怎樣區分不干膠材料的好壞?
            Label stickers are widely used in printing industry,with increased usage and the improvement of quality. However,some inferior also exist. So how to indentify the good or bad of label sticker? Follow me!
            不干膠材料

            1.面材:即表面材料。一般來說,凡是可柔性的材料都可以作為不干膠材料的面料,面材的種類取決于最終的應用和印刷加工工藝。面材要能夠:
            A. 適應印刷和打印,具有良好的著墨性
            B. 有足夠強度能夠接受各種加工
            C. 面材的表面光澤和顏色的一致性、密度的均勻性,這決定了不干膠材料吸墨的均勻性和同批標簽印品的色差。
            1.Facestock: namely the surface materials. Generally speaking, any flexible material can be used as label sticker material . It depends on the kinds of the final application and printing process.The facestock should be:
            A. Suitable for the printing, good ink absorb quality
            B. have enough strength of intensity to accept all kinds of processing
            C. Surface, color consistency and density uniformity, which are determined the uniformity of ink absorption and color difference of the same batch label sticker.
            不干膠材料

            2.表面涂層:用于改變面材的表面特性。如改善表面張力,改變顏色,增加保護層等,使其更好地接受油墨和易于打印,達到防止臟污,增加油墨粘合力以及防止印刷圖文脫落的目的。
            A.表面涂布主要用于非吸收性材料,如鋁箔,鍍鋁紙以及各類薄膜材料。
            B.涂層強度決定了印刷時是否會產生大量紙粉,是決定印刷質量的重要指標。
            Surface coating: used to alter the surface properties of facestock. Such as improve the surface tension, change color, add protective layer, etc., so to improve ink absorb ability and easy to print, aims to prevent dirt, increase ink adhesive force and prevent printing graphic falls off.
            A. surface coating is mainly used for the absorbent material, such as aluminum foil, aluminum plating paper and various kinds of film material.
            B.coating strength determines whether the printing will produce large amounts of paper powder, it’s very important in determining the quality of printing. 


            3.涂底層:其同表面涂層一樣,但是涂布在面材的背面,涂底層的主要目的是:A.保護面材,防止粘合劑滲透
            B.增加面料的不透光性;
            C.增加粘合劑同面材間的粘結力;
            D.防止塑料面材中的增塑劑滲透到粘合劑中,影響其粘合劑性能,導致標簽的粘結力降低,標簽脫落。
             
            Precoating: just as surface coating, but the coating is on the back of the surface material. The main purpose of precoating is: 
            A. protect the surface of material from adhesive penetration 
            B.strength the opaque;
            C. increase the cohesive force between adhesive and surface material;
            D. prevent plasticizer in plastic surface penetrate into the adhesive, affect its adhesive properties, it may reduce label adhesive power and then label may fall off.


            4.膠水:膠水是標簽材料和粘結基材之間的媒介,起連結作用。按其特性可以分為永久性和可移除性兩種。它有多種配方,適合不同的面材和不同的場合。粘合劑是不干膠材料技術中的最重要的成分,是標簽應用技術的關鍵。
            Glue: glue is the medium of label materials and bonding . According to its characteristics,it can be divided into permanent and removable glue. It has a variety of recipes, suitable for different material and occasions. Glue is the most important component of label sticker.


            5.底紙:底紙的作用是接受離型劑涂布,保護面材背面的粘合劑,支撐面材,使其能夠進行模切、排廢和在貼標機上貼標。同面材一樣,底紙厚度的均勻性和強度指示不僅關系到印刷性能,還是決定模切均勻性和排廢時速度與紙邊斷裂的重要指標。
            Release paper: release paper is used to protect the adhesive on the reverse of the surface material, make it be able to die-cutting, waste, and automatic labeling . Just like the surface material, the uniformity of the thickness and and intensity of instruction is not only related to the performance of bottom paper, but also decided to die-cutting uniformity , exhaust speed and an important index of paper edge fracture.
